What an ignorant lady, the food was at best edible and as for the coffees. They were freezing when my partner complained she was told that’s how it comes. After complaining myself the coffee’s were changed. Avoid at all costs

Rude staff at the one in frenchgate across from sainsbury

Upon arriving I had to wait a few minutes before I was noticed, the staff were out back talking. The counter glass was so grubby with lots of finger marks on glass and the till area especially behind the till, could do with a real good clean. However the guy that did serve me was brilliant.

Both staff, rude as anything. Chatted the between themselves, didn't even smile or acknowledge me. Sandwitch dumped on the side which looked like it hasn't been cleaned in hours. If they can't do customer service with a smile they should be in this line of work where they have no interest in. This takes the company image and brand down in my standards.

Slow ...veryyy slow

app had free vegan royal on. the app sent order but when you have to click your less than 5 mins away it wouldnt load. so went to counter and they said there wifi isnt working so they wernt receiving orders thats why. so if you have issues just go upto the counter and they will match the offers that are on the app if its not working so you dont miss out.
