Got served by Vicky today and she provided exactly what I ordered to perfection and provided fantastic customer service

Extremely rude and u professional staff the lady who served us was Aga, no salad in the sub. Half of the things not there in the store. When we were abt to go and sit the lady told she has to go on break so she has shut the shop. So we could sit and had our food. Horrible!!!

Very bad attitude. Refused to add atleast one salad & also only allowed 1 sauce. They mentioning the T&C after taking the payment. The worst experience. Subway should take action on it.

No urgency at all from staff despite being on a train platform. Walked away in the end. Totally clueless

The girl serving was so rude and abrupt. Worst service ever

Really unprofessional, staff talking and ignoring customers, very rude attitude. No eye contact or communication with the customer, then forgot my order. I have never seen such a bad set of staff behind a counter, treating it like they are down the pub and customers are rudely interrupting their playtime.

I was served by a guy around midday on February 26th, he was really nice and apologetic that I couldn't have the sausage as it wouldn't ring through after 11am, great customer service and a good sandwich.
