Subway

Absolutely fantastic service by Leon. Helped me understand how to use my points and he smashed the small talk. What a credit he is to subway and its nice to see someone loving the work he does. Well done mate.

Every single order I've ever received from here, is either wrong or cold. I only live a mile away, try and make excuses. If you call them, they don't care. Why this one is still in business, I don't know?! I asked them this question, and he said "I don't know" ‍♀️ Never again!!

Good place for a snack.

Says they close at 7pm but was already closed at 6.45pm.

Food was fine but not enough staff so you have to wait ages, they run out of things a lot (every visit something I want is not available) and the points system has not worked on the last 3 occasions I visited so can’t pay with points or collect them either. Not going here again.

I gave two stars as the wait was ridiculous, Simone the lady who worked here was the reason it wasn't one star, I put 5 stars for service. She was on her own at dinner time, pretty poor management and poor working conditions as she's on her own..

Food great but only single staffed ! Which meant poor young lady having to be rushed off her feet dealing with deliveroo orders plus shop orders ! Meaning rather long waiting time ! Obviously not the staff members fault. Maybe its time the staff got paid better wages to give them a better incentive to go to work and deal with the daily stresses they have
