Subway

I am MAD I we r into subway today I was feeling munchy NO MUSTERED so mad and then I asked for mayo NORMAL MAYO she put on RANCH MAYO and when I said that’s not what I asked she just slapped the normal mayo on top I was SO MAD and just wanted to go home UNHAPPY

Waited 20 mins as the only car in drivethru, when I said “hello?” They said they were working on online orders so it’ll be at least 5 more minutes… very odd

2 staff, one in drive thru and one out front on a Saturday at 5oclock. There was a line out the door and a packed drive thru. Something needs to be done with staffing. Those poor workers getting slammed on a Saturday night with no support. Awful.

Update: still the worst Subway I've been too. Was hoping that the long list of bad reviews here would nudge the owner to improve it but apparently it hasn't. They still serve stale bread, are out of many things, and the owner doesn't even care. If you're looking for a good sub in CH go to Randy's, Alexandra's, Kenny's, etc.; even SuperStore subs are much better than this Subway. Very poor customer service. I had a problem with my order (the bread was stale), which is OK, it does happen. The problem was that the owner didn't seem to care. I reported the problem, and all I got was an email back saying they will train their staff better. No offer to make it right, no attempt to fix it. I haven't been back and won't be.
