Subway

Horrible horrible subway-arguably the worst one there is. Ordered 3 chicken tikka subs ended up getting 2 pepperoni subs with barely anything on it. The staff are so rude and don't even pay attention to what you wish to order just putting anything on the bread. Would rate it zero stars unfortunately that's not possible. Wouldn’t be surprised if it closed down soon, a waste of space, your better off spending your money in McDonald’s next to it

First of all I was about to be served, started talking and then the lady started speaking to her colleague without excusing herself and completely ignoring me. Just out right rude. Then my hearty Italian bread was completely stale, hard and crunchy. And to top it off the cucumber was old and the sweetcorn was contaminated with other flavours. My sandwich when straight in the bin after the first bite. Highly disappointing and waste of money, will never return and I strongly advise walking to the other subway.

Recently I visited the store and ordered a cheese toastie The member of staff asked "which bread I would like?" to which I replied Italian She asked the size and I said 6" She then sliced the roll in half and only put cheese on one half and asked if I wanted it toasted? I explained that for years Subway have charged for cheese toasties which are basically a half sliced roll with cheese on each half at £1.99 per half slice. The member of staff explained I would be charged for a complete veggie delight sandwich regardless of me not having a veggie patty and all other items of salad etc. Shockingly I was told I would be charged an extra £1 for cheese on the other half slice of the six inch bread roll. I asked a simple question "could she or any of the staff explain how they make a cheese toastie without cheese?" Simply put without the cheese i am only receiving a toast. No one was prepared to answer. In the end I agreed to pay the extra as there was a long queue, other customers were also astounded that the staff could not answer the question. Complained to the store manager who couldn't answer the question of how they make a cheese toastie without cheese......

Bunch of idiots running the sub. The Indian guy gets the cash money with its hand and then brings out the breads without changing its disposable gloves. When I ask for what’s going on, he said it is normal. Avoid it all cost.

Made a sandwich got to then end and told the points system wasn't working. Didn't have my wallet so had to leave. In particular the tall Indian lady was very rude to me

Staffs are too indecent.

My friend bought a cookie and it was the wrong one she obviously touched the cookie to get it out of the bag when she returned it they out it back in display to give to anotbet Customer. I find this very unsanitary and unhygienic hope this issue wil get sorted as it is vile.

Update to previous review. Ordered sandwich got to till and told points system isn't working. No sign saying otherwise. Waste of a sandwich, walked away without food and a waste of 15 minutes queuing and ordering. Staff still seem untrained and slow. Not coming back here after so many bad experiences. Clueless staff, not sure if new or poorly trained. Two attempts to wrap the sandwich, couldn't understand clear English when choosing fillings, had to repeat each item 3 times. Slow service, prices on the display are also wrong apparently, meal deal cost me 30p more than advertised. Apparently because they just reopened. Should have stayed closed.
