Subway

I went to place an order for someone who needed a bit of time to gather his thoughts and make a decision. Cameron (Subway staff) was very patient and pleasant. Never showed any expression of frustration etc. The decision for one sub took approx 30mins and Cameron was professional and helpful. Thanks for the great service

The best sub I ever had. The sandwich was perfectly crafted and fulfilled my hunger.

Olofunke was one of the rudest people I have seen in the food service industry. The gentleman that was forced to work with her was exactly that… a gentleman. Olofunke pushed him out of the way several times to serve her customer before he could serve me and I was in line ahead of them. I literally watched her intentionally bump him at the oven and literally push him out of the way to get toppings while he was trying to make my sub. When it came time to cash out she literally moved herself around him to cash out her customer ahead of me. It was so noticeable and obvious that the person she was serving apologized to me. I responded and said it wasn’t his fault. Then I spoke up to her after he left the store and told her that what she did wasn’t cool. She said “your sun wasn’t ready yet” I said yes it was and that was just rude. This lady should not have a job in the service industry and the gentleman working with her certainaly has grounds for workplace harassment, I saw it plain as day with my own eyes. I see other reviews that mention her as well. Why is she even there?

Service wasn’t good. The server’s attitude could have been better. Stale bread - hard and chewy.

Recently we placed an order online for pick up, and one of the subs we ordered was supposed to be a, crispy chicken. Well, let me tell you, that chicken definitely wasn’t crispy, in fact the breading was soggy. Definitely would not recommend that sub.

Sub was wrapped very badly without squeezing veggies properly in the sandwich. Meat contacted gloves and knife were used for veggie sub even though it was requested to change, very contagiously prepared. Sandwiches were cut unevenly. Very pathetic service. First and last time to this store, never coming back.

I went in this evening and asked for my usual, gluten free bun sub, and the girl with dark hair and braids looked at me and said “we don’t have that”, and immediately turned her back towards me, without offering any suggestions or accommodations. Terrible customer service tonight. I walked out very disappointed with how I was responded to.

Ordered off Uber Eats. I asked for a Footlong ham on Italian herb and cheese, toasted, with extra cheese, lettuce, cucumber and mayo. The first order delivered, my sub was covered in hot sauce.. I couldn’t eat it. Being 32 weeks pregnant and craving this sub, I decided to order it again. My second order my sub had no cheese (I paid for extra) and it was on the wrong bread. I’m not one to ever complain but, two wrong orders in the span of 10 minutes? Super disappointed!
