Ordered a tuna sandwich and I was served something that looked like a sea of mayonnaise with possibly floating bits of vegetables and tuna carcass.
Always get my order wrong, unfriendly service!
After reading the reviews on here, it seems my experience seems to align with most people who have left reviews. The female employee (older) that served me was very rude in how she spoke to me. I found her to be very conservative with the toppings, when I asked for extra onions I was told no. I wasn't asked to pay more, I was not given a solution, I was given a rude no. I have never had a subway refuse to provide extras by request, even if at an extra charge. Being a chain restaurant I know what to expect from the chain, but today the customer service was not at the level one would expect from Subway, and reading other reviews, this is known issue at this particular restaurant.
Zero starts! I have asked for an invoice or receipt and they replied sending me the bank transaction I already have. I have followed up and nobody sent me what I have requested. Back in October, I have purchased ten gift cards of 10$ each. The receipts were placed within each gift card paper cover and gave them away by mistake all together to my students. I they identified my transaction, they should be able to provide me with an invoice or receipt any time. Still waiting! Unprofessional and not serious people!
The staffs are generous with the portion at this Subway location. I've been here twice. Each time served by a different staff. Both time got more meat than I expected from experience with other Subway locations.
Ordered a premium sub using the app. When I got home I had a cheaper sub. Tried calling the store but only got answering machine. Left a message but never got a call back. Reached out to subway support but didn’t get any help. Never eating at this location again.
