I recently visited a Subway location 30 minutes before closing and had an unfortunate experience. From the outset, the service felt rushed, which significantly impacted the quality of my meal and overall satisfaction. The options for bread and vegetables were limited, and the available vegetables were everything that was left over. Essentially felt like I was eating crumbs :/ Additionally, the interaction with the staff member was disrespectful; it seemed as though the priority was on ending her shift rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. This experience was disappointing as a whole. It’s disheartening when the effort to support a business close to closing time results in such a negative experience. I will not be going back here whatsoever, and I hope you guys are appropriate in your following actions with your service and this specific employee.
