Cashier was in a bad mood. Yelling at everyone. First I asked for a tossed salad. She said she can't do that because they don't cut up the vegetables. WHAT??? They're right in front of me under the glass !!!! I I should have left then but I was hungry. Then I asked what type of bread they had. She talked so fast I couldn't understand her. I asked her to repeat it. She did but she bellowed it out so the entire store heard. I'll never go back again. I'm switching to Jimmy John's or Penn Station.
I order the food online and they have it ready to go very quickly.
I went through drive-thru this afternoon ordered 2 12" and a wrap. Tipped $9.75 at first window. At 2nd window after over 15 minute wait, was giving wrong order. The 2 guys on staff were apologetic and made my order. Or so i thought, the wrap was a BLT with American. I get home and it is a bacon and cheese wrap no lettuce, no tomatoes, i paid 10.99 for this!!!!
I waited 30 minutes for food after paying. They seemed angry because they were asking for tips at the drive thru window. I didn't know that anyone tipped at a drive thru. By the time we got our food it was wrong and I was not going back. I will never visit again. I'm not sure if they are trying to get their employees to beg for tips so they don't have to pay then or what.
Laziest group of people possible. The owner needs to get into another line of work.
Love this outlet. Their service is quick and they properly make the sandwich. Everything is fresh . My personal favorite is the tuna sandwich.
I went here yesterday to doordash and I sat for 15 minutes because they told me too and then another dasher came in and got their order within 2 minutes and went up to ask them for mine they just had it sitting there and didn’t give me a notice it was done and ready for me. I don’t see where it’s hard to say “hey your order is ready for you”
