The staff refused to go any customisation of veggies. He said he'll only put tomato, onion and capsicum. I wanted neither onion nor capsicum.
Whats the point if you refuse to customise. The USP, primary reason I go there is so that I can customise veggies and sauses, to my preference and taste.
This is the first time ever in over 20 years customisation has been refused.
For rs 400 non veg sub, No Choices & and only fixed/set sub. No choice in bread, veggies and sauces!!! Should be contained in what they give.
The crispers wasnt good, and we had to return it. Still the money wasnt refunded, saying the company doesnt have such policy.
Our money is still with them(for the product we didnt receive, and they are declining to pay us back.

After having couple of bad experience writing this comment. This is horrible outlet i have ever went in subway. Less knowledgeable people preparing foods in leftover items. This people will take down subway quality and customer experience to streets. They burn the bread, no hands will come to drop veggies, they even not fulfilling the subway default quantity terms. They make sub to throw in garbage. I faced this issues with both dine in and delivery.
Food was good. Freshness is their success. Only the bread was a little heated up. As usual. Mixed marination. Varieties of mayonnaise. Still have to add more Patty into the specialty list. And more vegetables too. They are stuck with the same vegetables. I would suggest adding carrots, radishes, lemon etc
Poor customer service. Lack of basic standards. I never knew subway had subs without cheese. Very poor.
Pathetic service on online orders. Got it swiggied. Once the bread was so crunchy and inedible. Burnt. No sauce. It was just drops. Now today 2nd time - wrong bread missing vegetables of choice literally no cheese not even one single trace of it. And sauce god forbid they add it. Such a waste. Their quality is lessening so drastically. Such a waste of my money
