If I could give 0, I would. They are never open, even though hours say otherwise. The workers are there. They just ignore you and say they're "closed"

I Oder online at 11.am and it said pickup you food at 11:40 and I when to pick it up the food wasn’t ready yet they give me the food at 1:00 pm what’s the point ordering online ???
