Don’t believe their hours the signs all say 8am but I went up there at 10:30 two girls were there both stared at me then promptly turned around and ignored me. They didn’t even have the decency to open the window and say we are closed. So no matter what the hours say don’t believe it when they’re open. I’ll not be going back here for a good while maybe the employees will be trained properly by then. The rudeness of being looked at multiple times and promptly turned on and ignored is absolutely ridiculous and childish. Whoever runs this store needs to teach their employees what it means to work in customer service and that the very least they can do is come to the window and say that the hours are wrong and inform the customer what time they actually open. Rather then look at me multiple times look at each other talk about me then turn their backs
Just went in store to pick up a mobile order and was told that they had to remove a portion of the ingredients to make my sandwiches because I used a "coupon" for my online order. Highly disappointed with the service and actual theft from my purchase. When asked why they wouldn't provide what I ordered they stated "my manager told me we can't put the normal amount of toppings for a mobile order if you use a coupon code." Do not go here if you use the app. They will purposefully make your sandwich lighter than a "full cost" sandwich.
