Workers there seemed in a massive hurry, even though there was no one else waiting to be served. Didn't seem to have any training on customer service. Then they were speaking to each other in another language, whilst I didn't understand it, I could definitely tell by the tone and the looks it was about us. Would not visit again.
The employees in the shop don’t know how to count. They charged me for 3 cookies and gave me two. This is on two separate occasions by the way. Also they side eye you as soon as you come and have to stop talking in Hindi to each other. They also tried to charge me more for my meal than what it costs. Won’t be going back to this subway
this subway stated it closed at 10pm i arrive at 9.25 and was greeted by the guy working saying “we close in 5 minutes” even though it was 35 minutes and i said i wanted a sandwich and he closed the door on my face. terrible service
I recently had a disappointing experience at the Subway in Cathays. I was surprised to find that despite having tables and chairs, the staff informed us that dining in was not allowed. This was confusing as there were clearly seating areas available, including an upstairs section. To make matters worse, there was only one staff member responsible for preparing the food. It was evident that he was in a hurry and seemed overwhelmed. He did not take the time to ask us about our preferred ingredients, and instead added toppings to the sandwich without our input. The portion size was also disappointing, with only small amounts of meat and cheese added. What made this experience even more frustrating was that I have previously visited other Subway locations, such as the ones in Neath and Swansea, where the sandwiches were made perfectly and were delicious. Unfortunately, the sandwiches my partner and I ordered at this particular location were not tasty at all. Additionally, the customer service we received was poor. The staff member seemed disinterested and did not make any effort to ensure our satisfaction. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this Subway sandwich shop. The lack of communication about dining in, the rushed service, small portion sizes, and poor taste of the sandwiches, combined with subpar customer service, left a negative impression. I hope that the management takes note of these issues and takes the necessary steps to improve the overall experience for future customers.

I always get a good sandwich with a smile from this branch, the guy who normally runs it is friendly, efficient & I only choose to visit this particular subway because of that. Great team, thank you
