Absolute idiots! They will send you an empty bag if they don't have the items for your order. Didn't even bother to call to see if I wanted something different.

First subway I have been to where you’re not allowed to include whichever salad items you want. You’d be fooled into thinking it was the attendant’s sandwich rather than mine. Compounded with rude service. Worst subway chain I’ve ever been to.
