This subway is awful, I do a mobile pickup order and my sub barely meets “kids meal” standards.
Worst Subway in Buffalo everybody has an attitude in there and they make you feel like you’re bothering them. I would never spend my money there ever again. and they’re trying to serve you a little food for a high price and they put this big thing over so you won’t see them making a fool and give you one piece of meat on the sub I can make sub at home way better than that . They need to be closed down
as a delivery driver bathrooms should be allowed, as we are taking it to the “customer”. and also terrible service, walked in for a “what” no hi hello, and just terrible terrible attitude throughout the whole thing.
The older lady making subs attitude is not the best. She doesn't seem to be bothered when you ask for a toasted sub, she burns it. I asked her why is the sub burnt. She replied I just pushed the button. Her sub making skills aren't the best. Advice for her: Find a job that doesn't require you to deal with the public. You lack customer service skills.
Frequently go to this location and whenever we’re taken care of by the older bald gentleman it’s a more than pleasant experience. However the other man that works there slightly younger, with the attitude, is always rolling his eyes or huffing and puffing while we order, it’s extremely unprofessional and he’s lucky we even paid for the subs, we have ignored it plenty of times, and even tipped despite the ignorance, this review is more so for the owner, to check his employees, because we will not be coming back again, and if we do, it will be only to use a coupon.
In the past going to this subway was a delight and something I would actually look forward to on my break due to the pleasant owner (bald gentleman) . However recently there has been a younger man working with a nasty attitude. Constantly rolling his eyes and huffing and puffing, extremely arrogant to be completely honest. I guess this gentleman has a problem when people use coupons because this is when he immediately catches and attitude. As a former subway employee I can tell that he is purposefully skimping our subs whenever we use a coupon and I have let it slide to avoid conflict but it is getting to a point where I believe I’m going to stop coming here from now on. Super disappointed
Ordered online a steak sub. I got home and there's barely any steak on the sub. Ripoff.
The manager was condescending and extremely rude. He went on to make unsolicited remarks about my coupon usage and having a “long list” of ingredient selection. In case the manager reads the review, please learn to be polite and respectful. Making subs isn’t that hard of a job.
I wanted a chicken salad on an Italian roll.... They said they couldn't make it.... It had to be on a wrap... Why? This makes no sense and I order it like this at any other subway.
got 5 pieces of spinach on my sub. and the lady who took care of me had 0 people skills and was kinda rude
The manager was always cold and had an angry attitude each time I came into the store. I stopped buying my subs there because the manager finally revealed that he didn't like me using subway coupons, told me to stop using coupons and started yelling at me. This is my second review in two weeks. He somehow deleted my first review. The manager and the staff are unfriendly and should be retrained how to treat customers politely. The subs were below average compaired to other Subway shops, skimpy on vegetables and meat and not fresh. The shop is always cluttered with empty boxes, dirty floors and no access to the restroom. I was always told that I had to go next door to Marshall's to use their restroom. I am a loyal Subway customer, but will be doing my business at another location where I would be treated with respect. I also noticed that other recent negative reviews at this Subway shop have been deleted. Somethings not right here. 🤷♀️
Gotta go to Subway™ to get a Subway™ sub from Subway™, it's the best! Recommend putting chips on Subway™ sub (from Subway™) and watching Wheel of Fortune© :)
I would buy anything from this specific subway franchise ever again. One of the servers was very rude and I didn't like her tone of voice. If you go to a restaurant, you want a pleasant place to eat or shop for a meal. You don't need servers with personal issues to give you an attitude for them to vent. If you don't know how to treat customers, please do something else and forget about customer service.
