Employees were really nice, patient with our choosing items, quick and efficient. We were surprised at the limited seating and unavailability to use coupons, but still had a good meal.
Did a online order for a few subs, mine had raw bacon and soaked bread so I took it back after I had just picked it up and got home, when walking in i immediately noticed the negative energy, the sandwich maker immediately had a attitude that I was bringing a sandwich back in although no one else was there at this time, I explained the issues with my sandwich and showed the male employee there the raw bacon and wet bread. He first took about 5 min messing with the computer trying to pull up the order and when he finally found it he started to argue that the order said to make the sandwich with oil all over the bread after cooking” I again explained that was my friends sandwich not mine” he pulled the recipe and there it is just like I said. So then I said I need the meat microwaved separately first than put it on the bread and toast it, I didn’t want anything else on it except a little sauce just as it said on the order, but the male employee started to argue with me again saying that’s how they make it and that’s how he is wanting to make it again, just by toasting it, so i again am arguing with the 16 year old male employee while the female employee makes faces next to him, she then Buts in and tells me I shouldn’t be going back and forth with him he is a 16 year old and I’m a full grown woman, than she started to say I had a attitude when I walked in! There are cameras everywhere and you can clearly see and hear what happened, she makes me the sandwich and gives it to me after acting like I’m crazy for wanting my meat cooked all the way first, idk who does the hiring here but customer service is lacking pretty bad, just remake the sandwich it’s not that big of a deal but these kids that obviously have a issue with work made this entire situation a issue when I just wanted to eat my 6” chicken and bacon sandwich. They do way too much with the face expressions and attitude and eye rolls, i will be contacting the manager about this because if they treat me that way there are other customers they will do the same to. I definitely will not be going back to this location. Get you’re store together that was beyond ridiculous to have to deal with, the woman refused to give her name but of course wanted to pose for a pic with her nasty attitude. The male employee who is completely lost and very argumentative. I would have waited as long as it took for him to learn, but don’t come at me because you messed my food up and don’t want to take the 40seconds to make it again. Horrible
For and service were excellent, atmosphere a bit bland. I will go back!
This location doesn't honor Subway coupons and the employees need to be trained properly on sandwich making.
Nice employees, but their sandwiches are not all that. I would recommend going to another Subway.
Disappointed that they DID NOT honor the coupon that was emailed.
Bread was so overdone and burnt I had to peel off the top layer just to eat it because it was inedible otherwise. Not worth the money for burnt bread
