I use the online app to order. The items I want on the sandwiches are very easy to follow. But they get something wrong almost every time. If this place cares about customer service and experience, I’d love to see if you try to redeem yourself!
The service was great. Very friendly staff. The footlong pretzels are delicious.
I always give this store a try after a month or so bc one time the bread was fresh and soft, amazing. Since then, including today, it's so hard- it feels toasted, except it's chewy. $9 - $13 for a sandwich, it should be fresh and good.
Went in today to get lunch. There was no one but me in the store yet no one even acknowledged me the whole 5 minutes I waited in line while being ignored before I just gave up and left. Lol never experienced that before definitely a first.

The night shift guy who’s working definitely deserves a raise or to open his own store. This is forsure the most organized sub I’ve had at a subway especially with a pick up order
I don't know what it is about this location but I always ask for my condiments to be put on the side (I take the other half for lunch the next day and don't want soggy bread) There is always a problem with pick up its like they are PO'd about the request Yesterday was the last straw with me I ordered two foot longs with "please condiments on the side" Got there and my order was in a brown PARTY size bag!! I was so confused and they were giggling? Got home and they literally deconstructed both subs and put everything in separate containers and bowls!! So don't ask for sauce on the side or they decide you can just make your own damn sandwich So busy being passive aggressive they even managed to screw up the sandwiches I am seriously embarrassed for them Who behaves like that?
