The guys were there were so nice and patient even though I had a large order of 6 12inch sandwiches. They even helped me signing in to start earning rewards. Definitely will come here again

Food is always made to order. Staff is friendly. The building is just really quite inside and was cold last time we were in there. Even the staff had their coats on. Service was good, but they just moved rather slothy like. We were thinking of eating there, but it was just way to darn cold, so we took it to go.

Got a 6" sub. Came to $13.65 with added bacon. Was thrown together without care. It looked like something from a dollar menu. You could at least make it look good for that price. Employee had headphones in the duration of making my food and checking out. Bread was burnt

It's so inconsistent that it's hard to tell when you actually get what you ordered and half the time it feels like they don't double the meat even after you payed for double meat.

Sadly, the sandwiches have declined recently. If you pay attention, they do not use the full amount of meats anymore. Skimpy on all the fixin's. The prices have increased, and the amount and quality have decreased.

Italian. No cheese. Ranch, olives and a lot of love. Don't tell anybody ;lol

Don't know who trained Mariah, but after waiting 10+ min for a curbside order that notified me the order was ready, I went inside & it was in fact not ready. I asked why the app told me it was ready, she informed me it's because she'd selected the option on the computer so it would "stop yelling(beeping) at her." Then told me I'd have to wait until the 7+ people in line had been served before I'd get my food. HUH?! I was extremely confused & frustrated..woe is me! After asking her name/stating I'VE PAID ALREADY, she then rushed & skimped my sandwich. I won't be coming back after being a weekly tipping regular for over a month. Glad there's one down the road anyway! Alas, I blame management for not training employees how to manage curbside app orders/general proper time management, and her working alone on a Friday night.
