Whatever girl that is working at the 8676 ash hwy subway on march 5th at 6:45 needs to be fired. My child is sick and I order two easy to make subs online and have someone go out of there way to pick them up so my daughter has what she really wanted to eat and they are completely wrong. I don’t even see how you mix up different meats or sauces when it’s written on the order. I simply and politely call to see if she can remake them and she said rudely “what’s wrong with it”. I start to explain and she just hangs up the phone. I call again and she hangs up once more. Then she wouldn’t even pick up the phone! Beyond rude. If you can’t treat customers with kindness then you shouldn’t be in the customer service field. I want a refund. I will never eat subway again.
This location decided since I didn’t leave them a tip they were gonna double charge my card 114 dollars for 4 sandwiches and now I call to try to figure it out and get cussed out by some lady very unprofessional.

Sub was great, the bread wasn't hard and stale like most subways.
We came in and had an order for 8 footlongs! The team worked as a team. They all took part and not one grimaced through the order! Thank you for preparing our lunches! We appreciate you!
I accidentally ordered from this restaurant thinking it was another. They closed at 9, but since I didn’t realize my mistake I didn’t arrive until 9:10. They willingly stayed opened and were so kind to let me pick up my order. I give this store a 10/10.
