I ordered through the subway app I work in Westchester off Cincinnati Columbus Road and usually I go to that one it sends it by send it to Blue Ash or a 6-in Philly with extra meat lettuce provolone cheese pickles barbecue sauce right now and parmesan cheese they forgot my lettuce they forgot my cheese they didn't put extra me and they gave me a footlong which I'm not complaining about the footlong but they would not give me my money back through the app they told me go through the app when I said I had it delivered and there's no way to cancel it to get my money back but I could got a store credit which I don't even work over there or live over there so I want my money back which was called $16 I'm not very happy customer at all if I could give him zero stars I would have this is twice I had to get my money back and the first time I couldn't even get my money back but delay at Westchester was so nice and gave me two free footlongs because of the issue
My favorite subway. I don't usually have high standards for Subway, but this one is nice! Great Staff!
I placed a mobile order that was set to be ready at 12.45. I left the office to go pick it up and got there at that time. I saw my order behind the counter on the line and waited by the pickup shelf. More customers came into the store and placed their orders. I watched as their sandwiches got passed over mine and they walked out with their food. 5 customers came and went and my food hadn’t been touched. It took almost 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me and ask what I’m waiting for. I pointed to the sandwiches right in front of them and said “my mobile order”. They continued to serve customers that just walked in. I finally got my sandwiches after 15 min of waiting. I got a “sorry for the wait”. My meatball sub is cold because it was just sitting out. I also got back to work late because I was just standing there waiting for food that was ignored. I don’t normally go to Subway and this just removes it further as an option for me. Very agitated because what was the point of placing a mobile order if 10 people that walk in get served before I do?
Great experience. The restaurant was busy, but the associate worked quickly and was so calm and professional.
Did not get all my food called the store at about 5:50pm to 5:55pm and the person there said was before he got there and hung up on me
I placed an online order for takeout. because it said that the store closes at 10 pm.. but at 8:30 pm when I went to get my order it was closed and I had already paid for the order
Michael was such a a great guy friendly,fast, respectful he was the only one working said he opened this morning and his closer called off and he stayed positive about it this guy deserves to be recognized by blue ash and a fat raise

I ordered a salad and they cut up the meat but didn't cut any of the vegetables. The two women that were making the food were very short, almost rude. Not going back!
They just renovated the space so it's more modern. The service counter is also different with its glass lid. Food and service same as before. Prices seem to be inching up and still no cucumbers so value inching lower but i believe it's still the cheapest sandwich shop, but not by much.
