Stopped in and despite being out of bread, Amanda made an awesome suggestion a d turned my experience positive.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway. The lady with red-purple dyed hair working there barely acknowledged me and seemed uninterested in helping. Despite me greeting her twice, she only asked, "What kind of bread?" without saying hello. It might seem like a small thing, but it's important for a business to make a good first impression. Throughout the ordering process, she rushed me even though my sandwich was still being made and there were no other customers in the restaurant. When I commented on her rush, she mentioned that she had a lot of things to do in the back and didn't seem to prioritize the customer. I asked, isnt the customer always first. To which she replied “ I think so... No... Not here...”
She also refused to tell me who the manager was and refused to give me a number to call, saying they didn't have a phone. She even mentioned that she wasn't from that branch. It's really disappointing when employees like her are allowed to interact with customers. I normally don't judge a place by its reviews, but maybe I should have in this case. The reviews for this place mention poor customer service and food quality. I wasn't expecting a gourmet experience, but at the very least, I was hoping for friendly service. I hope this feedback reaches the employee and inspires them to make an effort next time.

service is absolutely terrible. get ignored right when you walk in. had to wait a legit 8 min for the lady to even talk to me. i’ll never come back here until those three ladies are fired.
We ordered a footlong "The Philly", I asked if we could change the cheese. That was it, assuming the onions and peppers would be added to the meat. I did not pay attention because I was ordering "the philly". My mother got additional items on hers. We open our "Philly" to find cheese and meat. I took my half asked where were the peppers and onions? I was told "I did not ask for them." We went back several times, I should not have to ask for them, I ordered the Philly. Both girls were arguing with me. We were charged $18 for bread, cheese and meat! I WILL NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I should have looked at the reviews before we entered this location.
Worst customer service ever. The heavy set middle aged Hispanic lady ( I believe her name is Maria) is extremely rude. She sighs when you walk in, doesn’t acknowledge you, and even makes a face as if she is so annoyed that you entered a place of business and expected service. Management really needs to get rid of this woman. According to other reviews, I’m not the only one who has experienced this. I refuse to go to this location which is unfortunate since it is close. I also emailed the corporate office to report her, but they never reached back out to me after 2 attempts to get in contact with them. Their customer service is right up there with Maria’s!!

Subway may have raised their prices but nothing like the rest of the fast food industry. Give them a try.
The subway store on fm 565 was extremely poor quality today, both of the ladies working there were extremely rude. The first girl who started making my order put it in the toaster and then went in the back and didn’t come back out except to take the whole chip rack in the back after the whole process was over. The second girl who took the sandwiches out of the toaster had an attitude the whole time as well and then when I asked for the footlong cookie that’s plastered all over the place said the didn’t have them. Then I asked for 3 regular cookies. Which she rang me up for but then never gave me. Took my card and then walked off. I had a large order and needed to make drinks so I asked for a bag, which she then shoved all 3 bags of chips in small paper bag that already had 2 foot longs in it smushing all my chips. I made my drinks and got in my car only to find out I didn’t have my receipt or my cookies. When I went back in and explained I didn’t get my cookies she came back with a huge attitude saying I didn’t order any cookies. To which I grabbed my receipt that was still in the machine and said then why did you ring me up for them and charge my card? She then gave me my cookies and handed them to me very haphazardly. I will never be back to this location, regardless if the store looks clean and kept, the customer service is severely lacking.
The ladies that work here are HORRIBLE! When all of them are on shift together it's even worse. I needed to place an order for 3 sandwiches and the lady making the order literally let out a deep sign and an "UGHH" along with it. I will keep making reports against the location until a new management is in place and these people are no longer working there. There should be NO Reason to receive this type of service especially when there are not much food options to choose from in this area.

The new management team is amazing!!! Food is way better and fresh since they've changed it. I've come here now often now. I do wish they'd bring in the watermelon cucumber drink.
