Good food, just extremely disappointed to with the new later opening time. I was a regular Billericay customer, then forced to Pipps hill due to the late opening time, and now the same here too. I'm gutted, as I wont be able to use them during the week as a result.
Came with my father and fiancè. Ordered 3 subs, food was absolutely spot on. Service on the otherhand was a let down. It was only us 3 ordering as the place wasn't busy, yet the worker seemed to have such a rush on none of us had the chance to think. Whilst trying to get on the subcard app to receive the points, the worker was trying to get us to pay as quick as possible- we wasn't ready yet. The shop itself is a little dirty with crumbs and rubbish over the floor. Other than the taste of the food (which is the same in majority if not all of the subway shops) I was rather let down today. Doubt I'll be coming to this particular branch.
Had a ham foot long with mayonnaise not eaten all day now have upset belly
Staff were extremely rude to me, and my complaints to head office just received stock replies. In addition their new menu and pricing structure makes them way more expensive than the competition. Won't be visiting any Subways again - they only care about profit.
Nice food and quick service
First wrap was freezing cold, asked politely for it to be reheated was given lots of attitude by staff member who didn't seem to know what she was doing. Second wrap was completely broken apart. Asked to speak to a manager, no manager available. Met with further attitude by second staff member. Don't bother coming here.
Not very busy, only two other tables with customers - but filthy shop , tables dirty and goid mushed not tops. Good and rubbish on floor everywhere. No clean up seen in the time we were there. Manky.
