Went to get a sub and ALL the veggies were clearly frozen. Ice built up on the sides of the pan. Asked if they were putting out fresh vegetables and they laughed. We went elsewhere. Never will go back to this one.
Stop staffing only a single person. You're literally losing business because a single person can't keep up. I've watched four people walk out just waiting for them to make an online order before even serving me. Not to mention it's disgusting to stress out one person this badly. You make enough to have three people on staff at all times so asking for two is NOT hard.

I saw a white lady unable to understand an Indian man speaking clear English. Other Subways have veggie patties.
The online order was not correct at purchase. Staff would ONLY replace correct item IF wrong sandwich was RETURNED. But NOT upgrade to a foot long because the manager would be “upset with them.” The sandwich was poorly packed and open at one end where the toppings slid out.
Worst and slow location. Burn it to the ground.
Would not want to stay and eat here and the food is getting to expensive when it's not fresh
Food was good service was bad
Had to wait in line but it was worth it. Haven't had subway in a while and it was really good. The ladies behind the counter maintain themselves in a professional manner considering they were a little busy. Was clean inside and also the restrooms. I will go back again if in that area.
