Came for Thursday night trivia. Food was fine, service just ok.

I have been at this place numerous times. I have never had bad food, bad service, or bad atmosphere. Food is so good the staff is really great and the place is always nice and clean. I promise you can't go wrong sitting down to have a meal here.

Meh. Overpriced for the size of the sub. Did not follow order instructions as the sub was to be toasted. First time there and my last as well.

I've been going here for a while now and I've never had a bad experience. The food is always great. Wonderful service by very kind staff. The beer selection has me trying something new or at least in my wheelhouse of preferences. Definitely check this place out if you haven't yet!

Ordered 2 turkey sandwiches, added bacon and this restaurant had the audacity to put bacon bits on my sandwich. We threw both of ours in the trash. I did not even know it was possible for someone to mess up a sandwich this bad. Whatever relish they put on there is absolutely disgusting. I will never order from or eat at this establishment ever again.

We entered this facility as first time patrons. The place seemed quiet even for a Saturday afternoon with only 5 occupied tables including the one we were sitting at. We waited for a waitress to greet us. 15-20 minutes later and no one greeted us or gave us menus. So we left and went elsewhere. Will not be returning anytime soon.

My boyfriend and I went here ready to tip our usual 25-35%. However, we were sitting at the bar and pretty much forgotten after our beers came. Jess and the tall girl were in their own world. We would have eaten dinner but bc we were ignored we headed to the Beer Barrel. We love you submarine house and most of your servers we usually get are incredible!!!!

The food is really good here

My family was looking for somewhere to play trivia or singo so we decided to go on a Thursday night for singo with Sara(h?). We almost didn’t go bc reviews, although most were old, weren’t great. I’m so glad we decided to go anyway. Our food and service were outstanding!! We ordered a pizza and Italian cheesecake. To our surprise, it was delicious! Our server, Corissa, was super attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back. Shout out to Sarah who came to our table and thoroughly explained the game since we had never played. She created a fun and energetic atmosphere. I do want to point out that some old reviews mention the lack of meat in the sandwiches. We did not have this experience. Our Italian cheesesteak had the perfect amount of steak.

I payed $15 for the chicken cheese steak and It was mostly bread and toppings. Shiesty on the chicken. It tasted ok but definitely not worth what I payed. Still hungry, not going back.

Brooke, she was great and very attentive. I drive through Columbus every month, and I stop at the Submarine House for a great Steak n cheese sandwich every month.
