If you’re lactose intolerant/allergic like I am, don’t expect to be served a sweet treat. I’m so disappointed, my ice cream looked like it was mixed with water and absolutely no sugar. It was bitter, only consumable by the chocolate chips inside it, and yet I threw out half of it because it had no flavor. Shaved ice would’ve tasted better than that. Don’t call it lactose free cream if it’s nothing like the original cream you offer. Dietary restrictions: Lactose free cream tastes horrible. It’ll make your ice cream bitter. Do not spend the 10$ for that.
Very disappointed in this place. The lack of acknowledgement and comprehension of the employees were ridiculous. I literately had to ask if I can place an order after standing in line over 15mins. My son ordered a mango bubble tea and it tasted rancid. My husband ordered the chocolate dipped waffle bowl with the strawberry icecream who had topping in it like chocolate chips and m&ms which they had a picture of as advertising. He got nothing but the waffle bowl and strawberry ice cream, we had to ask for the toppings. I ordered an Açaí tropical bowl regular sized. I got a small size with 4 pieces of mangoes 4 strawberries from the packaged sauce one, sprinkles of honey and a few granola clumps. For almost $9! And since I’m not exaggerating here’s a picture of the açaí bowl I got. It wasn’t a BOWL it was a CUP! As you can see, it didn’t even make it to the top!
This place is worth the calories. The ice cream is out of this world delicious!
Fascinating concept! They make the ice cream right in front of you with liquid nitrogen flowing into a metal bowl. Any combo of ingredients you can imagine and delicious!
Sub zero has been a part of our last day of summer camp for 4 years and the kids love it! The experience is always filled with knowledge and delicious ice cream.
if i could rate this place 10 stars i would, Trish an Sam were almost as amazing as the ice cream
