Our menu is carefully planned from travels to the many states of Mexico. We diligently learn from experiences with friends and family. Our Chef is passionate about recreating the true essence of Mexican cuisine. He wants to capture the ambiance of bustling Mexican markets where people gather under the warm glow of streetlights to savor delicious, authentic food. So, hence the name Streetlight Taco. It isn’t just a restaurant, it's a cultural experience. And as the sun sets each day, the streetlights outside of our restaurant begin to glow.
