Very pricey for the basics but then oddly an affordable place to find certain specialty things like dried black trumpets.

Purchased Italian Caviar Giaveri from this place (seafood Section), highly recommend!

A smaller experience in grocery shopping. Layout is organized well, they carry products hard to find elsewhere. Everything is fresh. I would rather patron an independent grocery store and get personal attention from staff than a larger supermarket like Save On Foods.

Their mini watermelons are rotten. I came back twice to get it replaced. It's unlikely that I will buy fruit and vegetables from stongs again

Rancid chicken wings and halibut from the same day. Not buying meat from here again

Regarding their floral department STEMS, I just called in for a custom bouquet order for Valentine's Day. Stacy picked up the phone and was incredibly thorough and accomodating of my specifications for the type of bouquet I wanted and was very friendly and warm. Can't remember having such good customer service, I had to write about it. STEMS always has the best value and presentation for any bouquets and you'd be making a mistake not ordering your next one from them. Thanks Stacy!

Very good meat department and fresh produce

Love this place because you can eat pizza inside the supermarket and don't need to wait a lot for pay. Also, here you can find gym, bank, pizzería and etc...

Best quality and variety I've found for the price in Lower Mainland. Not quite as expensive as WF, but certainly more than Superstore. You get what you pay for, and I find Stongs to be a great happy medium. I love all the local products here too.

Great place , Has aa variety of stuff avail. Especially the fresh food section is loaded. A little pricy but overall a great location to shop at . The staff is friendly and helpful . One of the highlights is there is a pharmasave inside the store so you can buy your meds while buying groceries
