Me and my wife have been coming here for over 8 years and I got to say it's absolutely bang on. If you're not a snob you'll enjoy it, a lot.
Not the tastiest. I wanted bulgogi with vermicelli noodles. He recommended 34. It was salty and not very good. Kinda soupy. My son got the bulgogi in the skillet. He said it was alright. It was tastier than the 34. Update: March 2024. Went with my mom & i clearly ordered the same thing. My moms said 3 stars. Her bulgogi didnt have much flavor she said. They did have the japanese pancake and we enjoyed that. I ordered the Jap Che again and still a tad salty but it was decent.
Food was good, but the directions were unclear. I'd try it again.
I just ate at Stone Bowl for the first time and absolutely loved it! Our food was fantastic and the service was very good
Horrible experience. Rude staff, average food, unwelcoming environment and poor ambience. From the get go the staff were giving looks that made us uncomfortable. We were asked to leave half hour before the closing time. They turned off the lights while we were eating 20 minutes before the closing time and rudely kept the lights off till we left. I wish the business gets bought out by people who actually have hospitality knowledge and basic common sense.
Staff were very unwelcoming.. Overhead lights were turned off at 9 17PM even when we were not done eating. We thought it was a mistake but the head of the staff dint bother to turn it back ON and started arguing in return. Never experienced such ridiculous service ever in the US. Worst customer service. Racist behavior. Please think twice before you visit if you are an Asian.
Always have a good time here with friends. Service 10/10, junior provided amazing service. Highly recommend to come.
Have been here twice now for lunch and dinner and both times it was outstanding! We loved the ttoekbokki, mandu, spicy pork belly, and spicy flank steak soup.
