My experience was a meal of two halves. I chose the basic burger with an upgrade to fries and a soft drink. The sauce on the burger was very runny and any that hadn't soaked into the bread soon ran off the small amount salad. The bread was dry around the edges. Not in a toasted way but in an exposed to the air for a long time way. The chicken burger was way overcooked and gave it a horrible texture. The fries were hot and crispy but mainly firm inside instead of being fluffy. £1.95 for a can of coke seemed a bit pricey. I said it was a meal of two halves...... The deserts were lovely and compared to the mains were decent value for money :) Service was slow, mainly due to lack of staff. The staff were in fact very pleasant considering the pressure they were under. It was a bit weird that the door to the toilets took you through to the Burger King next door! This could be a great place but is let down by the quality of the cooking and price.

Awful food, ordered a chicken burger with upgraded chips but they missed out the toppings. bread was stale, chips cold, gave no options of sauces.

Only 3 people working at a peak time with an act on at First Direct. Not sure what these guys were thinking, service so slow. People getting served in the wrong order before others that were already waiting a long time. Overheard someone say they'd been waiting 40 minutes. Seemingly only one food item coming out at a time. Orders coming out wrong and they weren't always providing receipts to check orders or at least ask for a refund. Don't waste your time.

If you want to waste your time and money and get a meal like feces, come to this restaurant, unworthy employees and a bad place, I do not recommend visiting it + excessively delaying the food upon request

Always, 40 minutes waiting time to get food ready. highly NOT recommended

I came in for the first time yesterday and ordered some wings and I LOVED THEM and I also had some churros which tasted delicious! I’m definitely coming here again 10/10!

Ordered on deliveroo at 10pm order never arrived and no one answered the phone. Pretty bad service. Pretty sure they just closed at 11pm and left the order live.

Bottle of coke was out of date. Had to drive back to the restaurant to replace it. Chips were barely warm and burger wasn't that appealing. Definitely wouldn't recommend the food to anyone

Reasonable food at a good price, excellent thick shakes and deserts. Better chips than KFC and decent portion sizes
