I went to this Stewart’s at 7:45 to 8:05 waiting for my shakes it wasn’t even that busy. I was talking with a lady next to me and the man making my shakes didn’t communicate that the other drink he put next to my first drink was butter pecan or something not cookies and cream but it was the other ladies drink. The butter pecan and cookies and cream look very much alike. I couldn’t tell a difference so I grabbed it put a straw in it and took a sip of the other ladies drink thinking it was mine right in front of her when three more drinks were handed to me I got confused I only ordered three not four when we realized what happened the guy didn’t want to re make the drink for the lady based on his poor communication skills so I had to basically buy a drink that I didn’t want or ask for just for him to give her what she paid for. This could have all been avoided if he just talked and didn’t look so god damn miserable.

They have 4 people making ice cream while people are standing all the way to the coolers. Seems like everytime I come here customers are piled up. Said to manager to have someone ring people up and they don't need all 3 people to make 1 persons ice cream order. She got angry and yelled out were busy. Ring the customers out first was the rule when I worked in retail.

Lady made my milkshake so fast and it was so thick it was best one I’ve ever gotten from Stewart’s. Don’t know why all these other peoples reviews have the nerve to write paragraphs about how ‘bad’ their service was for the 5 minutes they’re even in there. At the end of the day it’s a convience store, the staff work long hours and it’s okay if they aren’t perfect because they deal with people 24/7. Lighten up and be nice to our workers or else you wouldn’t be able to get your coffees.

This is a Sunny Bright cheerful Stewart's location. Brand new building just a couple years ago. Lots of gasoline pumps and lots of parking. I've Enjoyed the friendly staff here ever since it opened. Features Large walk-in refrigerated beer cooler, indoor and outdoor seating for snacks and coffee.

Certainly not my first choice in Stewart's. You'd think a new store would be a bitter more community minded

The management turned horrible once they fired SARAH the best worker there back in May of 2023.

My husband went in today for a coffee and water an proceeded to wait at the register the first customer ahead of him was cashed out and then when he was up the cashier walks always to go add filter to the coffee pots! Then 5 minutes later she comes back to the register to help not my husband but the customer who was next to him on the other side of the register. That customer proceeds to tell the cashier that my husband was first in line and needs to help him first. All the cashier said was ohhhh. Worst customer service at this Stewart’s. They need a few lessons on how the customers comes first, not the food.

Coffee is fresh & hot ☕️. Sandwiches usually stocked. Lots of gas pumps ⛽️, and the air supply machine works majority of the time no issues.
