I recently had the pleasure of dining at Serling , and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I entered, I was impressed by the elegant ambiance and attentive service. The steak I ordered was cooked to perfection, with a delicious char on the outside and a juicy, tender center. It was clear that the chefs take great care in selecting and preparing their cuts of meat. The sides were equally delightful, especially the creamy mashed potatoes and the flavorful sautéed vegetables. The staff were courteous and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring that our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. The attention to detail and commitment to quality truly set Serling Steak House apart. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply craving a top-notch steak dinner, I highly recommend Serling Steak House. It's a dining destination that never disappoints.

White glove service has not diminished here. Food was excellent and we were well looked after. Staff made it even more special by adding to our Star Wars theme, played the theme song and drew Yoda in chocolate for the birthday man. Much appreciated

With profound disappointment I write this review. I have been here for many many events. Birthdays, business luncheons, Christmas parties and special occasions. A friend came into town and I raved that we need go here. I was so disappointed with the steak that I thought it should go back. The bone in Cowboy cut was a gristle laden end and contained no bone. lol It was cooked decently, but the cut of meat was just bad. For a place that prides themselves on the cut of meat, I was really quite disappointed. Many times I have been to this restaurant. Always been loyal to the place, but sadly that has changed. New management often brings these things to the forefront. In this case, it certainly did.
