Food's always great, service is awesome! Building and parking lot need some TLC but it's a great place to stop for lunch.

The food was greasy, but that's what I was hoping for from steak and shake. Not a single vegetable in sight that didn't go on a burger. Shake was great, fries were a little under done for my taste. However, the place felt a bit dirty, the order kiosks were oddly placed, and the trash didn't seem to easily fit the tray liners.

Unfortunately, just like many other chain restaurants, this one falls short. There is no real customer service. You order your food on a kiosk. The menu options have changed, and they don't have many of the items we used to enjoy. The food was subpar at best, and the environment is just not what it used to be. It's definitely not worth the cost.

Just got shakes. They were bland. Chocolate shake tasted like vanilla. Dairy Queen is better.
