Steak 'n Shake

Food was wrong, missing items, 45 minute wait on drinks.

I grew up loving Steak & Shake but I don't recommend it anymore. Even though it's never busy the service is slow and it tends to be dirty. The food isn't what it used to be and isn't very good. I also am not a fan of the kiosk ordering system and I haven't met anyone that is.

Frisco melt basket is AMAZING!!!

Got a Frisco melt, small fries and a shake. Shake was about the same as anywhere else. Fries were cold. Bland. The Frisco melt was greasy, tasteless sandwich. Total waste of money.

This was the worst place to eat we found a roach in our food and then was told he will remake it I asked for my money back but because I use the kiosk he cannot return my money he told me to call the one 800 number and they will refund my whole order very organized and unprofessional
