Steak 'n Shake

Pretty good. Tastes exactly like it did when I was a kid

It just seems as if the place is going downhill. The food tasted good, but My order was messed up, they shorted me a whole meal and then when I went to get it corrected that acted like they didn't want to. When you could clearly see my sandwich that they had made sitting by the window. Columbus Indiana steak 'n shake is going downhill badly

For the money and quality of food I think it's one of the top fast food restaurants available

Raised prices too high on the chicken tenders meal more than doubled in price in the last couple years , ridiculous, hardly go there now

Looks like a worker needed daycare. Saw a kid sitting in the restaurant, and an employee would talk to him now and then. Food was okay

Drove all the way there. Got there 20 minutes before close. cashier working drive-through order was snippy and said they weren’t doing any more shakes. why even have open hours if the employees are just going to make their own hours on things? Guess they didn’t wanna clean the machine or something. They lost my family’s business from now on.
