We are a local cafe with small batch hand cut doughnuts, the best breakfast burritos and bodega sandwiches. We make everything fresh every morning and use local ingredients or our favorite farmers market finds whenever possible. We don’t use artificial dyes in our glazes. We also have a wide variety of Gluten Free and Vegan Mochi donuts and breakfast options that are out of this world! (Hint: the owner has celiac so you know she understands the plight of finding amazing GF options!) In 2017 Chef Jay an Asheville native moved back from NYC to persue his dream of opening a shop and that is how Stay Glazed Donuts came to be. In May of 2023 Chef Jay’s friend Sam purchased the business and learned the donuts from Jay.
