Station 8 BBQ

The pastrami was simply perfect. I ordered the pound with the idea of saving half for later. It took all of my willpower to stop after 3/4 of the meat was already gone. That’s more than I can usually eat, and all I can think about is just finishing the sandwich because I’m already going to be miserably full anyway. The line is worth it. Awesome place!

Everything about Station 8 is perfect. The eye for detail to make every component at %100 is extremely difficult but they do it flawlessly. Every time that we eat at Station 8 it is the best time and food we had there. Great staff, better food, and fair pricing you can not go wrong with Station 8.

This place gets better every time I come back. My husband and I shared the Baby Yeti which is a secret menu item now. You get all the meats and one side. We also got an extra side of wagyu burnt ends and they were heavenly. They had so much flavor and they melted in my mouth. My favorite meat next to brisket/burnt ends is the smoked bologna. The rib just fell off the bone. For sides he always has to have the Mac and cheese, I always have to get the corn pudding (The regular with a little jalapeno), and I really wanted to try the green beans, so we got a side of that too. They were roasted with garlic and onion. Delicious. I wish they had a side yeti to order because honestly their sides are as good as everything else. I had lots of leftovers from sharing the baby yeti with my husband. Come early and expect a line. Vegetarian options: There is meat in some sides. Parking: Park on the street or in the parking lot east of the restaurant. Kid-friendliness: It's a pretty busy place with lots of antiques. Not anything to really attract kids. Wheelchair accessibility: No steps into the restaurant. Good luck finding parking you can get in and out of. Can be crowded.

Food was absolutely delicious as always, we had the Brisket, Pulled Pork with Smoked Mac. We try to eat Here whenever we are in town.

Today was the first day I tried Station 8. Best day of my life (sorry kids!) was eating there today. I got the brisket bowl , and pecan pie brownie and have no regrets. Everyone in there was so nice and accommodating. I will be back soon!
