A lot of these negative reviews are from people who have never worked a day in the service industry. I’ve known the family for almost 20 years, I’ve experienced the food since they opened in 2009, and I’ve even been employed here. The Foundas family is incredible people. They’re hard working and they all have a huge heart. For the people who complain in the comments about one bad experience, get a clue. The men and women who work here spend 70+ hours of their week trying to run this place. They struggle to find good help and often rely on family to keep their business up to their standard. The food is delicious, the service is good except for when you get on George’s bad side lol, and they are almost always slammed. Just be a respectful customer and they will take great care of you. Everything isn’t going to be perfect every time. That goes for everywhere. If you’re a difficult customer who wants everything on the side or something to be specialized, just know that no one in the industry likes you and you should eat at home. Foundas family, I love you and will always value you as people and as a great restaurant. I hope when you guys finally retire, the next owners can do half as good of running this place as you do. A lot to improve

Absolutely the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We were visiting from out of town and ordered a delivery to a local hotel. When Rex's our order we were missing a drink and the sub toppings were wrong. We called to talk to someone to see if we could get it fixed. The gentleman who answered would not let us get a word in and made very rude comments like, "so you want me to send you some lettuce?" We explained no sir, that's not necessary but we would like our sub remade if possible bc all of the toppings were incorrect. He says, "I'll bring u a Diet Coke." He was so unbelievably rude and should not be working in any customer service position. This was such a disappointment. I could never recommend this place to anyone after this.

21.00 for a cold 6 inch pizza and a salad to be delivered. Note to self now I know why Marvin is starvin’ 😆

6 miles from our home. $4 delivery fee, before tipping the driver. Pizza is good but price for value? Expensive. Small cheese and lrg pepperoni ends up costing near $40. 3 star only because of cost. Otherwise great pizza.

A+ pizza! Some of the best pizza we have had. We ordered pizza delivery and they delivered ahead of time. Great food, great service. A must have if you are in the Frederick area!

(03/30/2013) Got 2 12" subs hot to go to take to Flying Dog Brewery for an event (no food there, BTW). This is probably the closest take out place near there, if you're going (save maybe a Sheetz). Got the Steak BBQ -n- Cheese Sub (overly shredded meat with a sweet BBQ sauce, textured tended towards mushy, but was seasoned enough, some zip added with hot peppers) and the Spicy Italian (Capicola ham, pepperoni, provolone, oil & vinegar, hot peppers -- as you expect, salty and unctuous, highly seasoned). Bread was toasted with crusty exterior and fluffy interior to soak up the sub juices, in the end quite messy, but both devoured. Would def stop again, if going by that way.

Always deliver earlier than they say. Best pizza in Frederick. I have never had a bad pizza and I've tried tons of different topping combinations. The buffalo chicken pizza is awesome. I have ordered a pizza steak sub and it was really good too. We don't order pizza from anywhere else.
