New brewery opened after a long journey from the owner. Mike Knaub was 61 years old and opened his brewery business once again. Mike had a contract brewing company back in the 90's. He likes to brew a lot of the old school styles, German and European Lagers, an old school West Coast Red IPA. Kitchen opened June of 2022 and has some very delicious foods to offer you. Huge all meat, blue crab Crab Imperial Cakes. Shrimp and Scallop Bisque, MD Crab soup and steamed shrimp. Awesome Chili, Panini sandwiches. Featuring a Specialty Tri-Tip Steak panini that is handsliced. You can top the steak with gourmet mushrooms and horseradish. Fridays we feature Flatbread Pizzas. Tri-Tip, Pork carnita, Brussels and Bacon or Plain and with Pepperoni.
