I had a flat a soon as I left went back an I saw bunch of nails and screws in the parking lot

New REVIEW came in on a sunday and was super sad/ disappointed with my order. Look at Last Photos, not 1st ones. Last are horrible. And the review to the issue . Never had I've had issues here, you can see from prior reviews, but this time OMG where should I start. I ordered the footlog Hotdog, which was a horrible presentation. The chili was basically just smudged and had no nothing was awful. Customer service was the worse instead of remaking it they took it inside and had the audacity to charge me for extra chili sauce which if you see pics there was nothing on the dog not to mention the bread was broken. So they take it inside for a ride, that's right. A ride did not fix the issue, but bring me a measly cup of chili sauce that I had to pay for again. I was so upset, and management said: that's how it's served. I'm like, WHAT??? NO... my pics are proof I never get extra sause they just make good ones when I've been here in my past except for this time. I was furious. Because management did NOTHING with any assistance with my order by the time the Hotdog came back, it was cold... SO SAD STARS YOU DROPPED THE BALL and my expectations were not met. And here are the pics. Dropped from a 5☆ to a 3☆ idk if I will come back with that kind of service. So you tell me about that audience, you be the judge, there is no sauce yet get charged again. Wow

They need to add not too much ice to soda.

Good customer service! Tried the hamburger pattie salad! Yummy! And fresh! Carhop noticed a mistake on our ticket and corrected it, so we gave him a tip! Now that ls great customer service! Vegetarian options: Great salads, served as you like! Parking: Stars on Price Road, Brownsville Tx.
