Hey guys. Do better. There's a tiktok by cjrydes where the employee self at the drive thru selected a 5 dollar tip for herself on a 5 dollar drink. Upon review of the footage, I was able to tell DEFINITIVELY that it occurred at this location as i live down the road. Won't be coming back due to the possibility of getting actually robbed.

so disappointed regarding the service i’ve just received by someone who claims they are the shift supervisor.. her name tag read Natti. i’ve never experienced someone being more rude in my entire life. i was literally yelled at through the drive through window and i had multiple times asked if someone else could help me. i will be making a formal complaint with further details.

Low stars due to location and physical pickup lane

Peach green tea was perfect.

Tried calling multiple times, I order cappuccinos, but they frequently come out as a latte basically. Today it was absurd the amount of milk, and so I mentioned it. I asked her to please let the person know they are making them incorrectly. I was completely blown off. When you’re charging $6 a cup you should really pay attention to what you’re doing because I’m tired of wasting my money!!

I love this Starbucks! The staff is so friendly! The food is outstanding and the drinks are perfect!

Always a bit chaotic here, and the drive thru line usually blocks traffic. Typical Starbucks experience, nothing amazing.
