Impressed with the speed of this location. Doesn’t matter how long the line is they keep it moving. Strong team here.

We had the worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks just now at this store. I ordered a caramel creme frappucino for my kiddo. The barista handed us a caramel ribbon crunch creme frappucino instead. It's not the first time this has happened, so I politely explained that I had ordered a regular caramel creme frappucino, rather than the "ribbon crunch" version, which matters because my son has a food allergy that prevents him from being able to have the "crunch" pieces on the other (nevermind that it's a completely different drink which even the sticker proved wasn't what I had ordered). The barista snatched it back, threw it away, and proceeded to make the correct drink while absolutely *slamming* the ice cabinet door, slamming the ice scoop down, slamming the fridge door closed, etc. Just absolutely rage-making his drink. My correction had been offered politely, with grace for the mistake, *AND* I had been right on top of it all! It's not my fault she made the wrong drink? Like, fix it and be nice? Geez. Her anger was entirely unfounded to begin with. She acted like a petulant, bratty child. Not someone who belongs in customer service.

This location is so nice and comfy. And employees are so friendly. But area wasn't very clean and bathroom was gross and didn't have soap or toilet paper in it.

Every time I order coffee here through the app and every time I wait for it when I come. I made order 10 minutes in advance to wait the same amount of time in the store! Terrible service

Unfortunately, they don’t pay any attention to the orders on my moble app. The past 3 times i’ve ordered from here my order is incorrect l, and it sucks because im paying extra, just for Starbucks not to pay attention to special orders…. Definitely not coming back for a while…..

Please get rid of all the bees at drive thru window and stop overdoing it on the ice.

First time at this location, terrible service. A young lady that took my order look very unhappy, not polite and slow. Not coming back for attitude again

They didn’t put espresso in my pumpkin spice latte lol. I came and asked to remake and it was still watery. Like what. Wait time 20+ minutes on the first order and 15 on the second one. Almost 40 minutes for bad drinks, nice. Used to be a regular customer at this location but after staff change NO. Can’t recommend

Drinks are always made correctly! Being a busy location you are still in and out! Atlas also loved his pup cup!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Staff care about their paychecks then they do their own customers! I waited 30 MINUTES to get my HOT cup of water and ice, which was not given and I had to wait another 30 MINUTES due to a MISCOMMUNICATION! Never THIS Starbucks again! Edit: Me and my estranged cousin still have had horrible service, with DISGUSTING wait times just for a cup of ice. I could barely keep it in me to wait till I got home to write this, but this had to wait. (my niece had ingested 12 freezer magnets, though I imagine that to be more desirable than these atrocious wait times.)

The girl taking my order started a fight over 2% milk lol so I cancelled my order and had to wait forever to escape because they’re literally all high on mushrooms in there trying to make coffee
