I uber eats mine, and each time my order arrives they never give out straws! And what is their thing by adding tons of ice onto the the drinks, everything is so overly priced too.

I don’t often go into this Starbucks as I’ve found the service to be quite slow even when there aren’t many customers inside. Yesterday I went in to get a drink before work and after ordering a toffee nut frappe I was informed that it’s no longer on the till but they were happy to make it for me which I appreciated, after waiting for about 10 minutes for my drink, which was also repeated back to me with the wrong size (I also observed another customer who had the same issue, and pointed it out whilst I was waiting) which I corrected and mentioned to the person who served me and the other employee assisting her that it should have soya milk and vegan whip as I have an intolerance to dairy milk. I finally received my drink but noticed that colour was off and realised that they hadn’t added any coffee (toffee nut frappe is a coffee based drink), I pointed it out and could see that the lady serving me wasn’t best pleased to have to make another one after making it incorrectly. When I received my second drink, I had to rush off as I had been in there long enough only to smell and taste my drink to realise dairy cream had been used, possibly dairy milk as well (couldn’t be sure straight away because the smell of the coffee can easily mask it) as I had an upset stomach for the rest of the day.

Pure incompetence of following orders and very poor in delivering from rude staff who make drinks how ever they want Wouldn't bother coming back seemingly everything is made and involves numerous pumps of caramel

I like the oat latte here and they don’t look at me blankly if i ask for one. Food is ok- the US food is much better. Three stars because the toilet has a code - I understand why but they should give the code when you order
