Denied me of a frappuccino due to just cleaning the machine at 7pm... you are still open you should still serve all drinks

Haley and Parker are the best! Always helpful will always make a suggestion to help you! There is a woman there named Megan and on more than one occasion I have seen her push through the workers almost like a bully , I have yet to say something as I don’t want to stir the pot, but I feel bad for the other workers! All in all always feel warm and friendly environment from all others!

Second time I tried to buy Frappuccinos an hour before closing and denied service because they said they closed the blenders ridiculous

These girls are like angry trolls! The counters are filthy. Spilled milk and no one is cleaning it up. Theres no line but its taking eons. Theyre creating messes and it is not sanitary! I have stood for 10min watching their anger. Target or starbucks needs to perhaps raise their wages. The drinks are just milk. I paid for milk basically. Warm disgusting milk. I will be contacting corporate and I want my money back. We tosses our drinks.

I don’t recommend going in the afternoon. Especially if you aren’t familiar with Starbucks or their menu. Very curt. They were in midst of closing so I understand they were trying to close and go home. Had straws thrown over the counter, when asked for them. I’ve gone once before had a great experience the one lady had given me a recommendation that she had created. This time was disheartening. Timing takes a toll on experience. Be quick & know what you’re getting beforehand.
