Visited Starbucks today in Stockton Heath and ordered 2 Crème Frappuccino’s. One of my drinks was a sugary fix for my partner to be energised for the day ahead. The drink was made perfectly and was nicely chilled. When I went to sit down at my table with my partner, the table wobbled and my drink spilt. A male brunette haired staff member (W) was quick to respond and cleaned up the spillage along with my partner. Kindly enough, the same staff member had made my partner’s drink again and apologised for the situation. Thank you for your excellent service, I very much recommend Starbucks as a go-to cafe within the heart of Stockton Heath. And hats off to the two staff members that were very generous today.
