This review isn’t based on the whole store, just the employees working there at 11:30 am. I’ve never seen these group of employees there before and I go here pretty regularly. I was handed my drink with foam that I asked for another drink on. I told them I think you put this on the wrong drink and she chuckled and said yeah I know. She didn’t say sorry, or offer if I wanted it remade. I had to ask for it to be remade. When I got the “remade” drink, it tasted like only milk, so I had to go in again because I’m not paying for my drink to be wrong twice. When I went in I said I’m so sorry could you remake this again it doesn’t taste like there is any coffee in this at all. You could even tell by the color. Another worker just stared at me grabbed the drink, and remade it. Handed to me saying nothing. Glad it finally got remade, but I said everything nicely, I wasn’t mean, I just wanted what I ordered. I’m shocked to say the least because every other time I’ve been to this Starbucks every one there was so nice. This was the first time when the mistake was on them and that they never said sorry. I had to be the one to say sorry, because I was trying to be nice.
