Honestly, I highly recommend staying away from this Starbucks. The employees here (with few exceptions) are extremely rude and lack manners and professionalism that is required in customer service. I understand times are tough and there's a lot of unpleasant customers to deal with, but when that attitude transfers over to customers who are decent, then it tells me you don't care. The food is great and the drinks are fine; it's more the workers there who are extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. They lack basic manners that go hand-in-hand with the necessary skills for an overall smooth and wonderful experience. I don't think these people are trained correctly as their behavior closely approximates that of disgruntled high school students. I thought it was a phase and that we all have a bad day so no need to worry, but it just continues. When asking general questions to them, they respond with a very dry and condescending attitude. Absolutely no shame in their behavior. I highly recommend staying away from here because they don't seem to value customers and they will potentially ruin (if they haven't already done so) the image of Starbucks, especially in that location. The staff need to be trained on how to conduct themselves professionally and maturely, and not behave like disgruntled teens. It's tiring and exhausting, and for this reason I've decided to no longer show up to this location because it seems to have gotten much worse over the past year in comparison to when I first started going there around late 2020 and early 2021. Especially stay away from a cashier there who generally wears eye liner, has long lash extensions, is a brunette with highlights in her hair, and appears to be in her mid-20s in age range. She is by far the most unpleasant individual on there and if she doesn't like her job, she should quit. She is not someone who seems to take her job seriously, and possibly has the worst attitude I've ever encountered in any place I've been so far. Very horrible individual who seems to lack common sense and decency. Do better.
Staff has always been pleasant...give them a break!!
Asked for a pumpkin cream cold brew and it was overly sweet it doesn’t even taste like pumpkin you can even see by the color of the coffee that it’s too light for what a cold brew should be. I didn’t ask for a new drink because I was in a rush and they were very busy but so disappointed I paid for a drink I now have to throw away
I went this morning to order after I shopped. There were 3 ppl working and none of them assisted me. Even after they seen me there, they continued their conversation complaing about their shifts. So rather than standing their longer feeling completely invisible, I left. Horrible service.
It’s a typical Starbucks with the demonic Starbucks sign at the entry. Very dark and fun you get a latte and your demonic reading from Starbucks corporation at the same time.
Just had coffee. Good experience.
