Absolutely disgusting behavior from one of the baristas there who were yelling at and being incredibly rude to a woman who had lost her voice.

Just stopped at this location for a coffee on my way home since its in a convenient spot next to the mall entrance and hadn't had a problem previously. I didn't use the tip option and it annoyed the staff who I could clearly hear after I got my coffee " oh look someone didn't tip, that sucks " Tipping for buying coffee doesn't earn you a tip, you didn't serve me at a table or do anything more than saying thank you and providing me with the $7.30 drink. This was obnoxious entitled behavior. I'll tip a waitress who works for tips.

The best restaurant and the best people and very very delicious. God bless you guys.

Had absolutely fantastic service from Dylan the store manager! He was not only so friendly, but was so thoughtful to have great suggestions and wipe down our table to make sure we had a great experience. We talked to him about how important customer service is and he was so passionate about it, very refreshing. We will be back again soon! Thank you Dylan!

Dylan is always beyond friendly. Food was better here than other locations I've been to. Coffee tasted fresh! Will be back again for the amazing service. Nice that there's a lounge area and is located right by an entrance!

this is my new fav starbucks to visit! went in yesterday and got my custom drink exactly how I asked for it, and super fast, despite how busy it was. such respectful baristas!

That girl, I’yanna with the nappy red and yellow passion twist, is very disrespectful and messed up my drink. If you go to starbucks with another person and yall get the same drinks the barista knows that your not supposed to make them at the same time, but she decided to be lazy. On my 3rd drink she didn’t call out the name out and got disrespectful when I asked whose drink it was, because it was very busy. THEN all 3 of the drinks were made wrong. I don’t recommend this starbucks at all.
