It seems like they hired the same people that ran the Starbucks in the jewel. SO SLOW

Come here for the cups mainly and Basheer always helps me out with my needs! He's very kind and I enjoy our conversations. Makes my coffees good too, tysm!!

Super sweet employees. Always check to see if the oatmilk is gluten-free for me. Great treat while grocery shopping.

They seem to randomly close throughout the day. The barista was very rude to me when I asked for straws. I don't like the lid so that's why I wanted straws for my drinks.

I have a pretty complicated drink order and Noah made it perfectly! Great job.

The worst location inside jewel! The employees are constantly making the drinks wrong. The last time I went, my frappe was so icy that I couldn’t drink it through the straw. I had to go home and throw the frappe in my blender to thoroughly blend myself. There is also always an issue at the register. If you wish to use your rewards/stars, prepare for a long wait and mistakes with your transaction.
