Starbucks

While this particular Starbucks is in what has become a sketchier part of town, one particular barista always stands out as a beacon of positivity and competence. Destini, as my girlfriend puts it, is an absolute doll. She shines at what she does, helping her fellow baristas and making each customer feel seen and cared for. She is the definition of creating the Third Place! I’m surprised she isn’t a supervisor yet because she shows such obvious leadership and charisma with staff and customers alike. If she ever wants to develop, I hope Starbucks takes her seriously as she is an easy choice. Thank you Destini for consistently making me and my girlfriend both a delicious drink and making our day!!

Starbucks has fallen Over the years. Their coffee, in my opinion, is not what it was years ago. I used to enjoy the coffee back in the 90's . I even worked there in '98 . The coffee was rich and very flavourfull. I like dark roast drip coffee. When we would pour the espresso into the grinder it was so oily and dark. The way it should be. Now (I'm back in their employ) it pours just the same as pike's place. We used to weigh the coffee to brew now it is meted out by a big spoon. I think they've lost more people than gained by listening to the "Burnters"!

Excellent. Just Excellent! I got more than what I was expecting. The service and employees are great at this shop location!

I love starbucks, but I don't like the service here! I had a terrible experience with one of the Barista, The Asian Lady with glasses on with face mask on is constantly repeating my mistakes of ordering my drinks, even though I apologized for it the first time, & this is around 5:30am in the morning & it's too early to be arguing with a parrot, I don't want to deal with her repeating my drink order mistake & she was really rude about it. So Never again...their customer service is horrible...don't come here at all..

My sandwich was delicious the employee at the drive thru attentive and my drip coffee just the way I like it!
