I went to get a vanilla latte and pike and the manager who said her name was Ashley grace and Tammy were both extremely rude, condescending and gave terrible customer service. They would not accommodate my order the way I usually get and told me point blank they could not make my two drinks the way I wanted them made. Tammy even slammed her fist and told me angrily I had to talk to corporate. I certainly am and I believe they both should be retrained to understand that customizing your drink is what Starbucks is known for. We typically go there each Sunday after church and spend on average $50 dollars as well as picking up coffee in the mornings so add another $25 to $35 dollars per week. This is literally the worst customer service I have had at any Starbucks in seven different states. I went to another Starbucks ten minutes away and their barista told my no problem and gave great service with a smile. I will never return to that Starbucks again.

Cute store but 8/10 visits my drinks are wrong or they are out of seasonal drinks. Service is spotty. Not the most friendly staff. Guy with long hair is nice though. This store needs a manager who trains employees to great customers as they walk in the door instead of having personal conversations. I went back to get my drink that was not made right and they made it wrong again! Never have a problem at the other Starbucks in Surprise. Do yourself a favor and keep driving!

My first time at this location, of course they got my very simple order wrong. This is a super busy location with mostly take out & drive thru orders. It has decent seating, but I see they have removed electrical outlets at the communal table, which were obviously there at one time. Apparently, Starbuck's $20+ Billion in annual gross profits can't accommodate a miniscule amount of complimentary electricity for their customers. I'm starting to notice this in all Starbucks locations I've been to lately.

Love my starbucks, they know me, and they know my order when I walk in Venti Iced Americano. Keep it Black Two Stevias and two pumps of sugar-free vanilla yum ! All smiles and great service
